One of Canada’s top real estate agents, Patrick launched his career over 40 years ago with the same total dedication he had applied to becoming an elite ski jumper. The result? A loyal clientele, a growing list of professional awards, and the establishment of a top-notch real estate team in Ottawa.
Since 1972, Patrick has been an active member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board. As well as being a Broker, Patrick is an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Registered Relocation Professional, Accredited Senior Agent, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is also qualified and approved by DND to handle all RCMP and military moves for buyers and sellers.
Patrick’s unwavering commitment has propelled him to the top of his field. He has earned almost every sales award available to a top agent. Most recently, he received the 2017 National Chairman's Club Award for the 18th consecutive year - representing the Top 1% of 17,000 realtors across Royal LePage Canada. (See below for more achievements.)
To each client, Patrick devotes time, energy and sharp negotiating skills. His over 40 years of experience and intimate market knowledge mean you can rely on his advice. He’s honest and confident, and genuinely puts his best efforts into working with you to meet your needs and to make your real estate transaction a rewarding experience.
Patrick’s success in real estate followed his time as an elite athlete. He competed internationally for Canada in ski jumping for eight years, then moved on in his sport to become a world-class judge and a CTV colour commentator at three Olympic Games and World Cup events.
